Frequently asked questions

1. What does onboarding look like for experienced candidates?

We tailor onboarding individually — no need to learn the basics if you already know them. We'll walk you through our tools, processes, and products, and from day one you'll be working on real clients and deals. It’s about getting up to speed fast, not training for the sake of training.

2. Does experience in another B2B sector count?

Yes — many of our traders previously worked in tech, logistics, or FMCG sales. What matters is your understanding of trade, negotiation, and B2B relationships. We'll help you get up to speed on ingredients during onboarding.

3. Which markets or products will I be responsible for?

We’re flexible. If you have experience or contacts in a particular country or segment (e.g., food additives, pharmaceutical raw materials), we’ll discuss it. You’re not locked into a fixed market — you can develop your own commercial direction.

4. Is this role focused on purchasing or selling?

It depends on your profile. We’re looking for traders who can manage relationships on both the client and supplier sides. If you’re interested in strategic procurement, we have space for that as well.

5. What does the career path look like at Nutri Partners?

We don’t have rigid corporate levels. If you grow your client base and show results, you’ll move up quickly to senior level — with higher commissions, more autonomy, and more say in the product offering. Advancement here is based on action, not time.

6. How does the commission system work in this role?

Commission is a percentage of the margin you generate and depends on your experience and level of responsibility. The exact rate is discussed during the interview — the more independent and effective you are, the higher your share.

7. Does the commission apply to both sales and purchasing?

It depends on your role — if you handle the full trade process (buying and selling), your commission includes the entire generated margin. If you're focused more on one side, your share is based on your contribution to the transaction’s final result.
