We serve B2B clients across Europe, combining speed, flexibility, and deep market insight.

We are currently looking for a Junior International Commodity Trader who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in international trade and help build real value — not as a small cog in a big machine, but as a proactive team player.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Initiating and managing B2B relationships across Europe (email, phone, LinkedIn)

  • Monitoring raw material markets and preparing tailored offers

  • Supporting purchasing and sales negotiations

  • Coordinating documentation and orders with the operations team

  • Attending international trade fairs (e.g., FIBO, Vitafoods, Fi Europe)

No. What matters most is your potential, willingness to learn, and communication skills. Our onboarding process and daily work with senior traders will get you up to speed fast. Many of our current traders started the same way.

2. Is remote or hybrid work possible?

Yes. You can work from our offices in Rzeszów or Kraków, or remotely from anywhere in Poland. What counts is effectiveness, not where you send your emails from.

3. What does a typical day look like?

You’ll start by checking market updates and order statuses. During the day, you'll build offers, talk to international clients and suppliers, negotiate deals, and learn from senior team members. Every day is different – no boring routines.

4. Is there room for growth and promotion?

Absolutely. We give you freedom and fast feedback. Show initiative and you'll quickly get your own clients and markets. Growth depends on you – not years spent at a desk.

5. What languages do you use with clients?

Mostly English – that’s our working language. Knowing German, French, or Italian is a plus, but not required.

6. Can juniors earn sales commissions?

Yes. Our junior-level commission system rewards activity and performance. Rates grow along with your results and responsibility.

7. How fast can I start earning commissions?

As early as your first month, if your efforts lead to a sale. The more proactive you are, the faster you earn. Once you meet certain targets, you move to a higher commission tier automatically.
